A: a) This is our customer‘s favorite aspect… With this HE system, a typical household will only use a 40 lb. bag of salt every 2-4 months.

On average, this high-efficiency system will regenerate about every 14 days. This will depend on your water usage and quality.

Q: Would you install my system or recommend a local installer near me?

A: a) For the “best bang for the buck”, installation could be done with basic plumbing knowledge as Do-it-yourself “DIY”, with a friend, or local handyman.

Once the issue is identified, our team will make the appropriate solution. If needed, we may mail a replacement part or return the entire unit (this only happens due to extremely rare situations). We very commonly resolve issues quickly and easily.

Replacement parts are very simple to replace, and our support team is always available.
