No regular maintenance is required on SoftPro salt-free system unit.

The upgraded Filtersorb media in the SoftPro Salt-Free tank will generally last 6 to 10 years (and in some cases much longer). This is dependent on water quality and usage.

The Big Blue Sediment cartridge filter is typically replaced every 3 months or sooner. The decrease in home water pressure will indicate that the sediment filter will need replacement.

Note: If upgrading to Whole House Upflow Catalytic Carbon & Bone Char Filter, Big Blue Carbon Cartridge Filter will be replaced with a standard sediment cartridge filter.

KDF MediaGuard Filter:
