With the industry's most innovative design tech, SoftPro ECO™ is ready to take on even the hardest water.

So when you're powering through excessive mineral content water, SoftPro ECO™ puts the control in your hands.

System Refresh:-

Never run out of soft water.

If system capacity goes below 3%, you can run a quick 15 minute regeneration that restores the system's capacity.

You'll get the rest of day with soft water. At night you can perform a full regeneration.

Auto Reserve:-

Typically, the soft water reserve capacity will be equal to one day's worth of water usage.  If you begin using the soft water reserve early in the morning — during your shower at 6 a.m. for example — you will still have enough soft water to last til the night.

In combination with the high-efficient, Auto Refresh mode feature, SoftPro only requires a 15% reserve capacity auto set in the programming. Other less-efficient systems require more water, up to 30% or more capacity.

Battery Backup:

Self charging capacitor keeps date & time for at least 48 hours. The program settings will remain in the control valve's permanent memory.

Q:  How does the SoftPro ECO compare to other water softeners?
A: a) Good news…The SoftPro ECO is an excellent choice for families, using 10% less salt than traditional systems. It offers the best warranty in its class, plus lifetime technical support.
Q:  What maintenance is required?
A: a) Minimal. Once programmed with your household’s settings, the system runs on autopilot. All you need to do is occasionally check the salt levels in the brine tank.
Q:  Will the SoftPro ECO work for larger homes?
A: a) The SoftPro ECO is ideal for average-sized homes with ¾” plumbing. If you have larger plumbing or need higher flow rates, consider upgrading to the SoftPro Elite system with a 1” valve for increased capacity.

A: a) Our headquarters is in the cold-weather City of Box Elder, South Dakota (That’s in western South Dakota). Many of our team members do work remotely like California, Arizona and Texas.Our systems ship from warehouse locations in Texas, Arizona and Indiana depending on where we have your system built… Typically, the nearest warehouse to your home.

A: a) The team will work with you to assess the issues by phone, video, chat and email.Once the issue is identified, our team will make the appropriate solution. If needed, we may mail a replacement part or return the entire unit (this only happens due to extremely rare situations). We very commonly resolve issues quickly and easily.Replacement parts are very simple to replace, and our support team is always available.
