To Our Valued Customers: Maryland American Water is honored to be your water provider, and we're pleased to share positive news about your water quality. Each year, we deliver this Annual Water Quality Report as part of our commitment to transparency.

Maryland American Water consistently provides water that meets or exceeds all state and federal quality regulations. We maintain this high standard through diligent management of our infrastructure, including underground pipelines, our Winters Run water collection facility, and our advanced treatment plant where water undergoes rigorous testing.

Our dedicated team of plant operators, water quality specialists, engineers, and maintenance crews work around the clock to ensure reliable service. Delivering dependable water to your tap requires significant investment, which is why we've constructed a $15 million raw water impoundment to secure additional water supplies for Bel Air. Once operational in late 2018, this impoundment will provide a 100-day emergency water reserve during droughts or other emergencies.

We invest in Bel Air because we deliver more than just water—we provide an essential resource for public health, fire safety, economic vitality, and quality of life. Our commitment is to ensure quality water flows not just today, but well into the future for you and the Bel Air community.
