  1. Accessible Parking is located near the main entrance to the amphitheater. State-issued handicap license plates or ADA placards must be displayed to access these spots.
  2. Accessible Seating is available at the top of the hill on a paved area with railings. An ADA-compliant restroom is accessible at the concourse level.
  3. Weather Policy: Icehouse Amphitheater is an outdoor venue. Event management will determine cancellations or delays during inclement weather. Safety remains our priority. Refund policies vary by event. Check our Facebook page for current updates.
  4. Parking Options: Limited spots are available in the amphitheater lot. After 5 PM, parking is also available in Town Hall lot off Maiden Lane, and after 6 PM at Lexington County Court buildings. Please respect nearby business parking areas.
  5. Smoking Policy: Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are prohibited within the amphitheater gates and within 50 feet of entrances, including all seating and concourse areas.
  6. Bag Policy: All bags must not exceed 8"x12"x12". No backpacks allowed. All persons and bags are subject to security screening.
  7. Re-Entry: No re-entry permitted for ticketed events.
  8. Umbrellas are not allowed inside the amphitheater.
