When is my bill due?
Bills are due by the 15th of each month. Late fees apply the following day, with notices sent around the 20th.
How do I establish water service in my name?
You must pay the required deposit and complete a Service Application form. The deposit must be paid before service can be established in your name.
How do I transfer or disconnect my service?
Complete the "Disconnection Request" section at the bottom of the Service Application form and provide a forwarding address. For relocations, a new Service Application is required, but existing deposits will transfer.
What payment options do you offer?
We accept debit and credit cards. We also offer an Automated Bank Draft Payment program where payments are automatically deducted from your checking account on the 10th of each month.
What are your office hours?
We're open Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. After-hours payments can be deposited in our drive-through drop box or at Town Hall (127 West Main Street).
Why is my water bill unexpectedly high?
We recommend periodically checking all toilets for leaks, as this is the most common cause of higher bills. We offer leak detection tablets at our office to help customers identify potential issues.

Our service area encompasses Springfield, Mackville, and Willisburg cities, plus the communities of Texas, St. Rose, and Mooresville.
For visitors unfamiliar with our community, Springfield is located in central Kentucky, approximately 10 miles from Lebanon, 15 miles from Bardstown, and roughly 50 miles from Louisville or Lexington. You can reach our town via exit 42 on the Bluegrass Parkway.
