Is your tap water safe? Yes, our water generally meets EPA health standards. This report details our water quality and its implications for consumers. Our ongoing mission is to provide you with safe, reliable municipal water service.
We source our treated surface water from the City of Greeneville TN and Jonesborough Water System. We're committed to protecting this water from contamination and work with the State to assess vulnerability risks.
The Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation (TDEC) has prepared a Source Water Assessment Program (SWAP) Report for our untreated water sources. This SWAP Report evaluates potential contamination vulnerabilities.
