We're pleased to share this year's Annual Water Quality Report with our community. This document details the quality of water and services we provide daily to Avon Park residents.
Our primary mission is to deliver safe, reliable municipal water to all customers. We want you to understand our ongoing efforts to improve water treatment processes and protect our valuable water resources.
The City of Avon Park draws water from five (7) wells that access the Floridian Aquifer. Our treatment includes adding phosphate and chlorine at the Bell Street facility, chlorine and phosphate at our Glenwood facility, and chlorine at our Crystal Lake facility before distribution to homes and businesses.
