About Us
As the operations and maintenance contractor for the Township of North Brunswick Water Treatment Plant and Distribution System, American Water Contract Services is dedicated to delivering high-quality, reliable water service to all consumers. In this Annual Water Quality Report, you'll see that we continue to provide water that meets or exceeds all state and federal water quality standards in partnership with North Brunswick.
This service represents exceptional value considering the infrastructure required to extract water from sources, treat it effectively, and maintain miles of underground pipeline to deliver water to your tap. Our plant operators, water quality experts, engineers, and maintenance teams work around the clock to ensure quality water is always available when needed.
Water is essential for public health, fire protection, economic development, and overall quality of life. Our employees remain committed to ensuring quality water continues flowing not just today but well into the future. Providing reliable, high-quality water service requires significant investment to maintain and upgrade aging infrastructure.
Working collaboratively with customers to evaluate the system and prioritize necessary improvement projects is crucial for maintaining critical facilities. American Water's Contract Services Group provides water and wastewater management solutions for municipal and commercial clients as part of American Water Enterprises, a market-based subsidiary of American Water.
As part of the nation's largest and most geographically diverse publicly traded water and wastewater utility company, American Water is uniquely qualified to operate and maintain this system. Please review this report, which provides information about your water source and quality based on testing conducted between January and December 2017.
