CW&EP Water Facility produces over 3 million gallons of water daily to serve the community. Our infrastructure includes maintenance of more than 100 miles of water distribution pipelines that deliver to over 5,000 customers across Carthage.
We constantly monitor and treat our water to ensure Carthage residents receive the highest quality possible. Our water is sourced from 14 deep wells strategically located throughout the city.
With the addition of two freshwater towers completed in 1999, we now maintain four water storage systems with a combined capacity of 7.5 million gallons, ensuring reliable service for all residents.

Our water comes from a network of 14 deep wells located throughout the city. Following the installation of two additional water towers in 1999, we now operate four towers that collectively provide Carthage with a storage capacity of 7.5 million gallons of water.
