- How do I end service? Call our office with a termination date and forwarding address.
- When will I receive my deposit back? Your deposit remains on your account until service termination. It will then be applied to your final bill, with any excess refunded by check to your forwarding address in the next billing cycle.
- Can I make payments online? Yes, after setting up your online account, you can pay with VISA, MASTERCARD, or DISCOVER for a convenience fee. We don't accept electronic checks currently.
- Can I pay by phone? Yes, phone payments are accepted with VISA, MASTERCARD, or DISCOVER for a convenience fee.
- Is there a fee for check payments? No, there's no fee for payments by check, money order, or cash.

- When is payment due? Payment is due upon receipt and becomes late 15 days after your billing date.
- Do you adjust bills for leaks? Unfortunately, we must bill for all water passing through your meter. For unusually high amounts, contact our office to request payment arrangements.
