Cherry Creek Valley WSD is committed to providing safe, high-quality water to residents in the Denver area. Our team works diligently to monitor and maintain water quality standards that meet or exceed all state and federal requirements.

2. What are your office hours? Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. except Holidays.

4. How do I begin new service? A contract must be completed and deposit placed at the District office before service can be initiated.
5. Must I be present when water is turned on? Yes, someone should be at the service location when our technician arrives. If no one is present, a service fee may apply for a second visit.
6. How do I end service? Call our office with a termination date and forwarding address.
7. When will I receive my deposit back? Your deposit remains on your account until service termination. It will then be applied to your final bill, with any excess refunded by check to your forwarding address in the next billing cycle.
8. Can I make payments online? Yes, after setting up your online account, you can pay with VISA, MASTERCARD, or DISCOVER for a convenience fee. We don't accept electronic checks currently.
9. Can I pay by phone? Yes, phone payments are accepted with VISA, MASTERCARD, or DISCOVER for a convenience fee.
10. Is there a fee for check payments? No, there's no fee for payments by check, money order, or cash.
11. Do you offer automatic payment options? Yes, automatic withdrawal from your checking account is available. Contact our office for the required form.
12. Who should I make my check payable to? Make checks payable to "Jackson County Water #1".
13. When is payment due? Payment is due upon receipt and becomes late 15 days after your billing date.
14. Do you adjust bills for leaks? Unfortunately, we must bill for all water passing through your meter. For unusually high amounts, contact our office to request payment arrangements.
