Fort Bend County MUD 25 Drinking Water Report Info

Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District No. 25 has evolved from a single, small subdivision to currently serving Summerfield, Park Pointe, Stratford Park, Orchard Lakes Estates, Chelsea Harbor, Pheasant Creek, Oak Lake Court, Old Orchard, Windsor Estates, Landmark apartments, two schools and various commercial establishments both within and outside the District.

New residential construction and development has progressed at rates comparable to larger master-planned communities. Our District's expansion reflects the robust housing market in the greater Houston area, supported by favorable interest rates and strong consumer confidence.

Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District Number 25 (FBCM25) now provides services to other MUDs and cities including Field Operations (Facility Operation and Maintenance, Infrastructure Repairs and Maintenance); Bookkeeping and Accounting Services; and Customer Service/Billing and Collections services.

Our service focus distinguishes FBCM25 from most profit-driven services because our philosophy is built on the belief that municipalities have only one thing to offer—customer service! Therefore, customer service excellence founded on ethical business practices drives our operations.

Our workforce is currently an in-house M.U.D. Operations Team; Who better understands what a M.U.D. needs to be successful or desires to ensure satisfied customers than another M.U.D.? The Operations team combines formal education and training with years of expertise in M.U.D. industry functions including prior service as M.U.D. Board members, employment in other profit-driven operator services, and extensive experience in non-profit customer service oriented organizations.

As our water customer, we invite you to access this website for information about our water services and related community concerns, and hope you'll find it a helpful resource for billing or repair questions. You'll also discover practical advice about conserving our water resources and other important tips regarding water quality and safety.
