Fort Riley Municipal Water Company and CDC- Where does our water come from? We purchase treated water from the Lebanon Water Works and the Campbellsville Water & Sewer System.
- How much is the connection charge? A deposit may be required, along with a $35 connection/activation fee for establishing new service.
- When will late fees apply to my account? Non-payment within fifteen days of the due date is subject to a penalty of ten percent (10%) of the water fee. Non-payment within twenty (20) days of the due date will result in water service disconnection.
- How will I know if my service might be cut off? If your service is scheduled for disconnection, the cut-off date will be printed on your late notice.
- Can I make payments by phone? We do not accept credit card payments by phone. You can create an account and make online payments through our website.
- Can my payment be automatically drafted from my bank account? Yes, please visit our office to enroll in bank drafts. Your account will be drafted on the 15th or 30th of each month, unless either falls on a weekend or holiday, in which case it will process the next business day.
- What should I do before digging? Before excavating, please contact our office to schedule water line location/marking. Allow at least three days prior to excavation for proper marking.
