The Metro Water District office is located at 6265 N. La Cañada Dr., just south of Orange Grove Road on the west side of La Cañada Drive. Our office hours are Monday-Thursday, 7:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. and Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. You can reach our main office at 520-575-8100, or fax us at 520-575-8454.

For your convenience, we have a payment drop box on the north side of our office. Payments are collected and processed each business day at 7:00 a.m. Please do not place cash in the drop box.

Occasionally, meter readings may be misinterpreted due to human or equipment errors. If you notice a discrepancy, please contact our office for an adjustment. Uncorrected misreads will eventually self-correct but may result in unusual billing amounts.

Meter boxes often fill with dirt, sometimes rapidly. Our meter readers remove enough dirt monthly to obtain readings. Please keep the area around your meter box clear and unobstructed, as this is the customer's responsibility.

For landlords, we offer agreements that allow service to revert to your name when a tenant closes their account. Service charges apply for the initial transfer, though no additional water service charges occur when accounts revert to landlords (sewer charges still apply). Property managers must provide a copy of their Management Agreement.

To start new service, please call 520-575-8100 or visit our office with at least one business day's notice. The account holder must provide photo ID and basic information. For rental properties, owner or property manager contact information is required. New accounts receive a unique account number, and a refundable deposit plus setup fees must be paid before service begins.
