About Us
We're pleased to present this year's Annual Water Quality Report, covering January 1st to December 31st, 2017. Our mission is to provide you with safe, reliable municipal water service throughout the year.
Our water comes from three primary sources: Oologah Lake, the Caney River, and supplemental water purchased from the City of Tulsa. According to our Source Water Protection Plan (available at our office), our system has a MODERATE vulnerability rating.
This report details our water quality standards and what they mean for residents. If you have questions about this report or our water utility, please contact Mr. Jerry Gammill at (918) 371-2055.
We encourage our customers to stay informed about their water utility. You're welcome to attend our regular meetings held on the second Monday of each month at 8 a.m. at our office located at 17227 N. 129th East Avenue.
Washington County Rural Water District No. 3 consistently monitors your municipal water according to Federal and State regulations. The data in this report covers January 1st to December 31st, 2017, though some information may be older as state regulations allow certain contaminants to be monitored less frequently. All municipal water, including bottled water, may reasonably contain small amounts of some substances, which doesn't necessarily indicate a health risk.
