Washington Water Works Municipal Water Company and CDC- Does Washington have sufficient water resources? Yes, through careful monitoring and management of our southern wells, we're able to provide adequate supply to our customers.
- Do you offer assistance with bill payments? Washington does not currently provide payment assistance programs. Please contact United Way at 211 to learn if you qualify for financial support.
- Are there drop boxes available in town for bill payments? Yes, we maintain a 24-hour drop box on the west side of our main building at: 6250 Palmer Park Boulevard, Colorado Springs, CO 80915. Note: Please avoid placing cash in the drop box as we cannot be responsible for any losses.
- Can residents attend Board meetings? Yes, we encourage our customers to attend Board meetings to learn more about our operations. Meetings are held at our office on the second Tuesday of each month at 5:30 p.m.
- Where is my water meter located? Water meters are typically found near your hot water heater or in a crawlspace.
