We are proud to present our 2017 Water Quality Report. This document highlights the quality of water and services we deliver to your home daily. Our mission is to provide you with safe, reliable water at the most affordable rates possible.

We want to help you understand our ongoing efforts to improve water treatment processes and protect our valuable water resources. We remain committed to ensuring the highest quality standards for your water supply.

We treat your water to remove various contaminants and add disinfectant to protect against microbial threats. The Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) requires states to develop a Source Water Assessment (SWA) for each public water system to identify potential contamination sources.

State officials have completed an assessment of our source water. For detailed results of this assessment, please contact us directly. The complete source water assessment is available for review at the Bureau of Safe Drinking Water (BSDW) office in Carson City between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Appointments are recommended. The BSDW office is located at 901 So. Stewart Street, Suite 4001, Carson City, Nevada 89701. Phone: 1-775-687-9520.
