Cleveland Water met or exceeded all treated water standards in 2017, though we hold ourselves to even higher benchmarks. Each of our treatment plants has achieved advanced certification in the national Partnership for Safe Water program – a voluntary initiative between six water organizations and over 200 water utilities aimed at enhancing public health safety beyond existing regulations.

We're also investing in infrastructure improvements. Following the recent modernization of our four treatment plants, we allocate $26 million annually to replace distribution mains.
