Our mission is to deliver reliable, high-quality, safe municipal water and efficient sewer services at reasonable rates with exceptional customer service.
Water System Information: Municipal water enters Everett through five MWRA delivery points strategically located throughout the city. Our distribution network includes approximately 70 miles of piping ranging from 2 to 24 inches in diameter, 1800 valves, 724 fire hydrants, and over 8,200 service connections serving our community.
Wastewater Collection System: The city maintains roughly 70 miles of wastewater piping ranging from 6 to 36 inches in diameter. Most wastewater flows via gravity through city pipes before entering the MWRA's collection system for treatment.
