  1. If my water usage appears excessive, how can I determine the cause?
Turn off all indoor and outdoor faucets, then check your water meter. If it indicates water flow when everything is off, you likely have a leak somewhere on your property.
  2. Can I request my meter be checked if I believe it's inaccurate?
Yes, simply call our office to submit a request for our water team to inspect your meter. Please note that if the meter is functioning properly, you'll be charged a $35 Service Call fee during regular business hours, or $75 for after-hours, weekend, or holiday service.
  3. How do I restore my water service if it's disconnected for non-payment?
All outstanding balances including late fees must be paid in full before service can be restored. Once payment is received, your reconnection will be scheduled according to the sequence of all other reconnections planned for that day.
