Mohawk Correctional Facility Municipal Water Company and CDC- What are Craven County Water's hours of operation? Craven County Water is open Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. If you need to establish new service in the office, please arrive no later than 4:30pm to allow sufficient processing time. We observe the same holidays as other Craven County Government offices.
