2. Why did SUEZ redesign its invoice? After more than 15 years since the last major redesign, it was time to give our invoice a fresh appearance and improved readability.
3. Can you explain the charges on my bill? Your bill includes current charges for water usage, plus service or facility fees. When applicable, it may include late fees and any prior unpaid balance. Depending on your location, your bill might include franchise fees, taxes, and/or surcharges.

5. How frequently will I receive a bill? Most customers receive monthly bills. However, some customers are billed bi-monthly (Idaho, for example), quarterly, or (semi)-annually.
6. Can I select my bill date or due date? Unfortunately, no. Water meters are read strategically by location which doesn't allow flexibility in changing dates.
