How do I initiate water service?
A $100.00 Security Deposit must be paid upfront, or you can provide a two-year credit history from another relevant utility. With a verified credit history, no deposit is required. We'll need to photocopy your ID. Visit our office to complete the new service application and pay the deposit or provide credit documentation. All service starts on the next business day.

Can I start or stop water service over the phone?
No. All requests to begin or end water service require an in-person visit to complete the application or a written, signed request with date. Note: Only the account holder can authorize these changes.

When will I receive my security deposit refund after disconnecting?
After service termination, your final bill will be sent during the normal billing cycle. Typically, your deposit refund will be mailed to your forwarding address within five business days after the final invoice is sent.

Can I add my spouse to my water account?
No. Our policy allows only one name per water account.

Can someone have multiple active accounts?
Yes. Each account requires either the $100.00 security deposit or documentation of good credit history from another utility covering two years.

Why are some accounts classified as commercial and others as residential?
An individual may have only one residential account in their name. Any additional accounts are classified as commercial. The main difference is that commercial accounts pay a 6% sales tax on water and sewer charges.

Will I get my $100.00 security deposit back?
Yes. The security deposit will be applied to your account after two years of service if the account remains in good standing. If you disconnect before two years, the deposit will be applied to your final bill with any remaining balance refunded by check to your forwarding address.

What are your business hours?
Our office operates from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. We're closed on weekends and most holidays. After-hours payments can be deposited in our night drop box at the drive-through window.

What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, Check, Visa & MasterCard Credit or Debit Cards, and Automatic Bank Drafts.

How do I set up automatic payment from my bank account?
Visit our office to complete a brief form and bring a voided check. You'll still receive a monthly bill marked "MEMO BILL DO NOT PAY."

When are bills sent and due?
We have two billing cycles. County bills are sent on the 15th of each month (or nearest business day). City bills are sent on the last working day of each month. All bills are due 15 days later, after which a 5% penalty is added to Water & Sewer charges on the next business day.
