We're pleased to present this year's Annual Municipal Water Quality Report. This document is designed to inform you about the quality water and services we deliver to your home daily.

Our primary commitment is providing you with safe, reliable municipal water. This report shows our monitoring results from January 1st to December 31st, 2017. State regulations allow us to monitor certain contaminants less frequently since their concentrations rarely fluctuate. Some data, while representative, may be more than a year old.

Certain individuals may be more vulnerable to water contaminants than the general population. People with compromised immune systems—such as cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy, organ transplant recipients, HIV/AIDS patients, some elderly individuals, and infants—may face higher risks. These individuals should seek advice from healthcare providers regarding their water consumption. Guidelines from the EPA/CDC on reducing infection risks from Cryptosporidium and other microbiological contaminants are available through the Safe Drinking Water Hotline (800-426-4791).

Our water comes from wells. Our four wells draw groundwater from the Kirkwood-Cohansey, Piney Point and Magothy Aquifers. The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) has completed a Source Water Assessment Report for our system, available at WWW.state.nj.us/dep/change or by contacting NJDEP's Bureau of Safe Drinking Water at (609) 292-5550. You can also contact our office at 732-793-0313 for information about our water system's Source Water Assessment. This report includes susceptibility ratings and potential contamination sources. We maintain a source water protection plan at our office with additional details about potential contamination sources.
