Western Water Company operates as a not-for-profit customer-owned system. A five-member board of trustees is elected by customers to oversee operations. The General Manager reports directly to this board and handles daily system management with a team of twenty-three employees.

Our service territory spans over 400 square miles across four counties - Clermont, Clinton, Warren, and Brown - encompassing twenty-three townships. We also supply water to Clarksville village, ODOT I-71 Rest Area, ODNR facilities on Mason Morrow Road, the Fort Ancient Historical Site, and Fayetteville village.

For emergency situations, we maintain metered interconnections with multiple neighboring systems: Village of Blanchester, Clermont County Water, Lake Lorelei, City of Loveland, Brown County Rural Water, City of Cincinnati, and City of Wilmington. Western Water Company purchases its water supply from Cincinnati.

We've established strong cooperative relationships with neighboring water suppliers and can provide emergency service to: City of Lebanon, City of Loveland, Village of Morrow, Village of Blanchester, Village of South Lebanon, Clermont County Water, Highland County Water, Lake Lorelei, City of Wilmington, and Village of Waynesville.
