The Village of Woodridge Department of Public Works strives to ensure all residents understand the measures taken to maintain safe water quality. We're pleased to confirm that Woodridge currently meets or exceeds all water quality standards established by both the U.S. and Illinois Environmental Protection Agencies.
These agencies developed the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) which establishes quality standards and monitors compliance. We can proudly report zero violations of contaminant levels or other water quality standards during the period from January 1, 2016 through December 31, 2016 for the Village of Woodridge's municipal water system.
Please review this annual report thoroughly. If you have questions about this report or our water supply, contact Mike Kaczmarek, Water Operator, at 630-719-4753, or attend a Woodridge Village Board meeting held on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays monthly at 7:30pm in the Werch Board Room, 5 Plaza Drive, Woodridge IL 60517.
