The annual water quality report or "Consumer Confidence Report" is prepared and distributed by the Newport News Waterworks Department as required by the Safe Municipal Water Act. This report undergoes review and approval by the Virginia Department of Health, Office of Water in Norfolk.

Paper copies are available at all local libraries within the Waterworks service area, our walk-in services lobby, and at City Halls and County offices throughout our service region. To request a mailed copy, please contact Waterworks at 757-926-1000.
