California Water Utility Companies

At Mid-Peninsula Water District (MPWD), we're honored to serve your water needs. Our commitment to delivering high-quality water extends far beyond routine testing and operational requirements.

We're actively investing in our infrastructure through thoughtful planning and implementation. Our Fiscal Year 2017/2018 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) has successfully completed necessary water main and infrastructure replacements along South Road, Folger Drive, Mezes Avenue, Arthur Avenue, and Karen Road/Dairy Lane.

Working alongside the City of Belmont's Sewer Replacement Program, we've upgraded water mains and equipment on Francis Avenue/Court, Belburcademy Avenue, and are currently working on Davey Glen Road/North Road Cross Country. The upcoming Fiscal Year 2018/2019 CIP will soon begin, including improvements to Tahoe Drive, Notre Dame Loop Closure, Cliffside Court, Desvio Way, Solano Drive, and Altura Way.

These improvements enhance water quality and system reliability while boosting fire protection capabilities. We're replacing aging cast iron pipes with more resilient ductile iron pipes that include seismic safeguards, and converting "dead-end" water mains to create more efficient system loops.

We thank you, our ratepayers, for supporting these water quality improvements! For more information about our CIP and project updates, please visit www.MidPeninsulaWater.Org/cip.
