  1. Where do I visit to begin my water service & what do I need to provide? To initiate new service, please visit our office at 407 S. Seguin to complete the residential/business deposit application, submit a signed copy of your lease/purchase agreement, and pay our $60.00 deposit ($50.00 is the refundable portion, $10.00 is a non-refundable administrative fee). If visiting in person isn't possible, use our online form to start the process. Complete the appropriate Deposit Form, scan your ID and lease/purchase agreement, and email these documents to our department. Note that we apply a 4% convenience fee for all debit/credit card payments. After submitting documents, contact our office to arrange payment. IMPORTANT: WE DO NOT PROCESS NEW SERVICE AGREEMENTS OR DEPOSITS AFTER 4:00 PM.
