    Bills are always due on the 27th of each month.
  2. What payment options are available?
    You can pay at our office, use the drop box, mail your payment, set up Auto Draft, use our website payment portal, or call payments in to (855) 338-8641.
  3. Can I pay online?
    Yes, we offer IPAY Solutions. Information is available on our website under the payment options tab.
  4. Can I make phone payments?
    Yes, call (855) 338-8641 and follow the prompts.
  5. Do you accept credit/debit cards in the office?
    We don't accept cards in the office, but you can use them through our website payment options.
  6. How long before new service is activated?
    Field technicians require at least 24 hours to process work orders.
  7. What's required for new membership?
    We need a photo ID copy and $100 membership fee (cash, check or money order).
  8. What should I do about low water pressure?
    Check all faucets inside and outside to determine if the issue affects specific areas. Verify your water softener is cycling properly. For property-wide pressure issues, contact Watson Water.
  9. What about after-hours emergencies?
    Call 812-246-5416, select option #6 to reach the on-call technician.
  10. Are there fees for after-hours service?
    A $50 service fee applies for after-hours calls, but is waived if the issue is Watson Water's responsibility.
  11. What's the water hardness level?
    The hardness is 22 grain.
  12. Can I get a bill adjustment for leaks?
    For exterior leaks, visit our office to complete a Bill Adjustment Form with proof of repair. Adjustments aren't available for bills over 45 days old, and we limit adjustments to one monthly bill per year.
