Established in 1979, approximately 1,153 acres have been developed primarily for single-family residences including Imperial Oaks Sections 1-12 and 14, Imperial Oaks Village Sections 1-3, Mapled Estates, Imperial Oaks Estates Sections 1-4, Imperial Oaks Park Sections 1-11, Enclave at Imperial Oaks, Imperial Oaks Forest Sections 1-2, and Imperial Oaks Lakes Section One (totaling 3,656 single-family lots).
Beyond residential development, Kroger Shopping Center represents our largest commercial tenant, alongside various small commercial properties including a daycare center and the Imperial Oaks Plaza strip mall. Around 40 acres within the District have been developed or designated for parks, recreation, and public spaces.
