  3. A stop sign or street sign is missing or damaged. Who should I notify? Contact Public Works Administration at 817-297-2201 ext. 3200.
  4. Who should I call before digging? First, check with the Permits Department at 817-297-2201 ext. 3000 to determine if you need a permit. After securing proper permits, call Dig-Tess at 800-344-8377 for utility locations except water and sewer. Also fax your request to Crowley Public Works at 817-297-5042 for water/sewer line locates. Note the 48-hour advance notice requirement. For additional questions, contact Public Works Administration.
  5. How can I dispose of tree limbs and brush? Small-diameter tree limbs and brush can go with regular trash collection. Larger items should be bundled (not exceeding 48 inches in length) or placed in disposable containers weighing under 50 pounds each, and placed curbside on your second scheduled collection day. For questions about large item pickup, contact Progressive Waste Solutions directly at 817-222-2221.
  6. What should I do if I suspect a water leak? Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., call Utility Billing at 817-297-2201 ext. 1010/1020 or Public Works at ext. 3200.
  7. How do I handle an emergency water leak after hours or on weekends? Call the Crowley Police Department at 817-297-2276. They'll dispatch an on-call Public Works employee to shut off your water for repairs. Note: Non-emergency after-hours service calls may incur charges to your water account.
  8. I need my water turned off for repairs (dripping faucet, running toilet). Who do I call? Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., contact Utility Billing at 817-297-2201 ext. 1010/1020 or Public Works at ext. 3200. All repairs must be completed by 4 p.m. for same-day reconnection.
