  1. How do I establish service with the water authority?
Visit the Authority office during business hours (8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday). Renters must provide the first and last pages of their lease agreement, identification proof, and complete a rental application with appropriate deposit. Property owners need only complete an application and show identification. No deposit required for owners. Bills are issued bi-monthly, with your first bill generated after the next scheduled reading.
  2. Are there special requirements when selling my home?
Yes, each residence must have a dual check backflow preventer installed directly after the water meter. If uncertain, contact our office to schedule verification. Non-compliance may delay your closing. Additional information available upon request.
  3. How do I discontinue service?
Contact the Authority during business hours to schedule a final reading appointment. Have your account number, service address, desired discontinuation date, and forwarding address ready. A representative will arrive at the pre-arranged time (morning: 8:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. or afternoon: 12:30 p.m.-2:30 p.m.).
