The city proudly hosts Woodward Academy, the largest independent school in the continental United States, along with The Main Street Academy, a K-8 charter school serving the Tri-Cities region.

The Georgia International Convention Center, a state-of-the-art facility owned and operated by College Park, ranks as Georgia's second-largest exhibition and meeting venue. The College Park Women's Club, housed in an 1897 historic building on Main Street, accommodates 300 guests with kitchen facilities and a stage. College Park is among the few American cities that featured a female architect actively involved in planning and design during the 1890s.
