The Nolensville/College Grove Utility District operates under a Board of Commissioners structure. When vacancies occur on the Board, the Williamson County Mayor appoints new members from three candidates nominated by the existing Board. Monthly meetings are held on the second Tuesday at 9:00 am at the district office. The utility strictly prohibits discrimination based on race, color, national origin, gender, religion, age, disability, political views, sexual orientation, or family status.
