We're proud to present this year's Annual Drinking Water Quality Report. Since the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) was enacted in 1974, all public water systems must meet national water quality standards. These regulations establish limits for specific contaminants and require all public systems to conduct regular monitoring.
NBU consistently tests your tap water according to Federal and State requirements. The tables in this report show our monitoring results from January 1 through December 31, 2017, unless otherwise noted. This report aims to keep you informed about the quality of water and services we provide daily.
We want you to understand our efforts to improve treatment processes and protect our water sources. We remain committed to delivering high-quality drinking water. As in previous years, your tap water continues to be safe for consumption.

Welcome to North Baldwin Utilities - a municipally-owned Water, Wastewater and Natural Gas utility. Our organization began in 1945 as The Water Works Board of the Town of Bay Minette. In 1949, we expanded to include natural gas services and became The Water Works and Gas Board. After name changes in 1951 and 2005, we evolved into today's North Baldwin Utilities.
