To initiate or transfer utility services at your home or business, please contact Utility Services Customer Service at (912) 651-6460 or visit our office at the Broughton Municipal Building, first floor, 132 E. Broughton Street, Savannah, GA 31401. A security deposit may be necessary when requesting new service.
Personal identification information will be required to establish service or modify an existing account. Service termination requests can be submitted by calling Customer Service at (912) 651-6460 Monday through Friday between 8:15 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
The Utility Services Division operates within the Revenue Department, though funded through the water fund. This division handles billing and collection for water, sewer, and refuse services throughout the City and surrounding unincorporated areas of Chatham County.
