The Chowan County Water Department distributes approximately 31 million gallons of water monthly to its 4,100 customers throughout the county. The department's responsibilities include maintaining and repairing water infrastructure, conducting regular quality testing throughout the distribution system, recording meter readings for billing purposes, and generating monthly invoices.
Most positions within the Water Department require professional certification along with specialized knowledge and experience to safely operate the equipment necessary for providing clean, potable water to residents. The department office is located at 305 W. Freemason St., Edenton, NC in the Public Safety Building and operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, closing only for county-recognized holidays.

When are auditions for your next show?
January 10th, 4 pm-6 pm & 12th 9 am-12 pm, 2019 -
How do I secure an audition time?
After registration, you'll be directed to a signup genius for the show where you can select from available time slots. -
What should I bring to auditions?
Your completed paperwork sent during registration. Music for your memorized vocal solo. Photos and resumes are not required. -
What should I prepare?
Complete all paperwork before arriving. Prepare a 16-bar (approximately 45-second) Broadway-style musical solo that showcases your voice. -
Where will auditions take place?
At the Farmington Community Arts Center Basement, 120 S. Main Street. Enter from the west side of the building. -
Should I arrive early?
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment. Late arrivals may be rescheduled to the end of auditions.
What happens during auditions: You'll check in, get measured for costumes, receive an audition number, and wait until called. In the audition room, you'll submit paperwork, have your photo taken, answer a few questions, and perform your solo.
About callbacks: Receiving a callback simply means the casting team liked your initial audition and wants to see you again. Not getting called back doesn't necessarily indicate a poor performance—you may have already been considered for a role.
